Back at the beginning of November I posted about how I tore into the yard. I got it "winterized" for the harsh winter that lay ahead. Sure enough within days the yard was covered with snow. Little did I realize that would be the LAST snowfall. The snow didn't stick around long and the rest of the winter revealed brown grass and brown plants that begged to be covered. It really looked so bizzarre to me to see the ground at all past Thanksgiving.
It wouldn't be till late January that we even had to use the snow shovel.
