New Years Day 2010

On New Years Day we drove to Sandy to retrieve Katrina and Mallerie and ended up staying a while. As the day wore on our ideas got crazier and crazier and for the hour Brent was gone giving blood we had a trip planned to Puerto Rico! We would fly on standby using buddy passes the Goulding’s and us. Good thing Brent got home and talked some sense into us because when Sadie checked the flights they were all full.

Instead we left the older girls in charge of the kids and went to a movie. We saw ‘The Blind Side.’ It was nice to see “Sandy” finally get a good roll and any movie that talks about or shows football is a favorite with Matt. So yes, we liked it.
